Diversity is recognizing our individual differences, and respecting, understanding, valuing and leveraging those differences. And it’s an important topic for workplaces now.
This course aims to help participants better understand and address issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, while giving participants the opportunity to challenge one’s views and opinions. Through this engaging, interactive training, it’s hoped that participants can engage in open dialogue with real world examples of behaviors and beliefs.
