The Customer Service Institute: Essentials of Customer Service

From July 14th to 16th the Panurgy Learning Center is offering a comprehensive hands on session which explores the essential skill set for excellent customer service. Sessions include customer relationship management, business etiquette, effective office and interpersonal communication, anger management and dealing with difficult people.
