Jack Freeland Principal

John “Jack” Freeland is a financial analyst by trade and holds a BS from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Jack worked his way up the ladder with various large companies, including Intel Corporation, Citibank, Kraft General Foods, Scholastic, and Thomson Reuters.  After years of working for others, Jack wanted to own a company of his own and in 2016 he bought Vermont Panurgy, where his financial and consulting acumen is put to good use.  Originally from Indiana, Jack loves living in Vermont and all its seasons.  An avid tennis fan, Jack now enjoys watching his son play lacrosse.



Marcus Szczecinski Solutions Consultant

Marcus Szczecinski provides IT solutions to local, statewide, and nationwide K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare and Business customers, and has since 1995.  Marcus believes that taking care of a customer means dealing with all their needs from small orders to large scale deployments, as well as order fulfillment/supply chain issues, to helping coordinate managed services and computer or professional training.  Marcus is married with five children and volunteers in the prison, prison aftercare and homeless ministry. 


Scott Richer Director of Engineering

With decades of experience working in technology, including his service in the US Navy working in engineering as a nuclear reactor operator, Scott is the epitome of an IT technical specialist. Scott brings the highest level of diligence and precision to his every part of his work. Scott’s top priorities are security, reliability, and user-friendliness, and he always seeks to explain his recommendations and solutions to clients in a clear and understandable manner. In his free time, Scott enjoys photography, traveling, having fun with his dogs, and discovering great local food and craft brews.
